對應 spec 2026-04-19-aider-watch-design.md 的完整 §1-§7 拆解：
scaffold → events schema → redactor → config → tg format/send → PG DDL
→ storage → parsers → wrapper → CLI → reporter → launchd → install → E2E。

每個 task 含 TDD 步驟（測試先行 → 驗失敗 → 實作 → 驗通過 → commit）。
