timeout）+ PG 192.168.0.188/aider_watch 累積儲存 + 每日 23:50/每週日
22:00 launchd 日週報。
Graceful degradation：PG 不可達 fallback 本機 JSONL buffer + 5min
flush job；Telegram 429 指數退避不阻塞 aider；secret pattern 自動遮罩。
