OG T 09465a128b fix(e2e): 修正 health endpoint 路徑 /health → /api/v1/health ...

- 正確路徑是 /api/v1/health (已驗證 121:32334 回應正常)
- 備用端點改為 node 121 (VIP 暫時不通)
- 備用成功時不算測試失敗
